I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Refund money to visa and bill me for the work they performed to clean up my computer. Please send a bill thru mail. I had three tech companies to call in one week. Two billed me for 399.00 us?
