I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolvedThe company that I was trying to make an order online with, had asked
for the paysafecard number and made the payment on their end, to which the company order went through. I still believe that paysafecard should be investigated for their actions by not allowing ME to use the card and pay for the order myself and that their refund policy, asking for ID and bank information, should not be allowed, as it puts a persons' identification at a high risk
Sincerely,

Review: I purchased a $50 paysafe ticket (serial# [redacted]) on 11/**/2013 from Wireless Toyz #[redacted]. Payment was made by cash, invoice# [redacted]. I received a printed voucher with a PIN number. Latter the same day when I tried to use the PIN for the very first time to make an online purchase the transaction failed, the paysafe system returned an error implying the monetary value of the PIN was already consumed.
I called up the paysafecard customer service ###-###-#### who asked me to send my complaint by email to [redacted], so I did email them on 11/**/2013 (email reference #[redacted]) with a copy of my purchase receipt. I received a reply on 11/**/2013 stating my paysafecard is consumed and I could check my transaction details at [redacted]. Checking the PIN balance on this site showed two transactions were made with my PIN on 09/**/2013 for a total of $50.
I purchased the PIN on 11/**/2013, clearly I could not have used the PIN on 09/**/2013, two months prior to purchasing it. I replied back on 11/**/2013 again with a copy of my purchase receipts and explaining that I have been sold a bogus PIN. Got a reply back the same day that my query has been forwarded to appropriate department and they will get back to me. I followed up on 11/**/2013 asking for an update but the got the same reply.
On 12/**/2013 I got an email from customer service stating that my paysafecard had been sold twice and that I should go back to the point of sale to get a new paysafecard. Okay so the expectation is I should just walk in to the point of sale, show an email and they will hand over a new card to me? Hopeless as it was I still spent my time and money to go back to the point of sale m/s Wireless Toyz on 12/**/2013, showing them my purchase receipts and emails from customer service to explain the situation. Wireless Toyz expressed their inability to help me in any way.
I replied back to paysafecard on 12/**/2013 requesting for a resolution. Got no reply. Emailed them again on 12/**/2013 requesting a resolution of my complain by 12/**/2013 beyond which I shall seek help from consumer protection agencies. No reply till date 12/**/2013.
How can a PIN generated by an online system be sold twice? If their admit there was a mistake why can't they just issue me a new PIN electronically? I have been duped of my money. Filling this complaint since paysafecard.com has been unable to satisfactorily resolve my complain in a timely fashion.Desired Settlement: Issue new PIN worth $50

Review: I purchased a paysafecard in Canada, to pay for a product online that uses paysafecards. Paysafecards says you can use their cards worldwide, yet they won't let me purchase an item from Europe. I wanted a refund, since I can not use this card for my purchase and the only other sites you can use this card is gambling sites. I paid for the paysafecard and I have the receipt with proof of payment. They require photo ID and my banking information to return my money. I find this unbelievably unreasonable and I shouldn't have to send that kind of information to get a refund. I do not want them having my personal information and do not trust them with it. I do not want my identity stolen from another country.Desired Settlement: I want my money back without providing ID and bank information. They should not be allowed to ask for ID and bank information for something I paid for.

Review: I am having trouble getting my money refunded to me through paysafecard. I have gone through their refund process twice and spoke with customer service multiple times with no results. I need help with making sure I receive my refund.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money refunded to me.
Review: My computer was attacked by the paysafecard.com virus in which it required me to purchase a $100 paysafecard and enter the pin online. Unfortunately I fell for the scam, purchased a paysafecard and began to enter the information but blocked the pin via phone before the $100 could be taken. I have contacted the paysafecard company and explained the fraud situation and they have agreed to give me my refund. My issue is that they are requesting I send personal identification information and banking information in order to receive my refund. I asked them if they can send the refund by cheque and they advised that they can but they still require a photocopy of the paysafecard, my address and a copy of the front and back of my identifaction. I feel extrememly uncomfortable and unsafe sending my identification and banking information to an address based in Switzerland. I am a senior and I do not want to be a victim of identity theft or any further scam.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my refund by only sending a copy of the card and my address. I do not want to send my identification information to a company that has been involved in numerous virus scams. I purchased a card in Hamilton, Ontario and there is a Canadian website of the company but all correspondence is being sent from Switzerland? I find this highly suspicious and am intent on getting my $100 refund without sending my I.D. overseas. Is there a Canadian branch that can help or is there a way from them to accept only the copy of the card and address information only? Again I am a senior and living off of little means and would really appreciate receiving my refund without further endangering myself.
Review: Once again,I want to claim that this service is bad.I felt they were rude over the phone when I called them for support.Specially a young man he was very rude and responded with a proud manner when asked about an email he had sent.I told him to please hold I may have question of the email he sent.He was so eager to hang up I found it very rude.
I also feel the business practice of asking for a copy front & back of my drivers license and or passport to be very concerning regarding a refund they also ask for detailed banking information aswell.I found this to be very odd and felt displeased.
They claimed to be overseas and I find this asking to be very wrong.
They also denied helping me with a fraud issue claiming they have no responsibility.I thought its their currency and they should have tools to help.I feel its like the last time I inquire with online currencies like bitcoin which paysafecard is.
The voucher I bought was stolen and did failed to help me in any way,nor did they apologize or empathize for my problem.
After many calls which made me feel very upset I felt it needfull to share it here, they are not very nice and I dont appreciate being treated like a second class person ,even if its over the phone.
Its odd when a company has no fraud department and takes no responsibility for their own currency.
I dont appreciate when someone treats me like a second class person.Desired Settlement: I want help regarding the stolen pin, since it is their currency I request a replacement pin with an investigation on their system, all related information regarding the theft is seen on their system but they deny help and responsivbility.
I also request an apology due to their very poor customer service.Specially the boy trying to evade and hang up when asked about the refund process and its process, which entails the passport front and back and my bank details.
I ask a replacent pin and also an apology for their rude customer care.

Review: This is actually an issue with Paysafe and [redacted] Games because neither one is willing to correct the issue. They are both pointing the finger at each other and saying the issue is not on there side. Everquest 2/Daybreak Games is advertising that they accept paysafe as a form of payment. Paysafe advertises that their cards can be used for Everquest 2 online/ Daybreak games. After buying paysafe cards I go back online and sign in to use cards. After logging in, entering my information and card pins. It then posts that all paysafe pins from the US are not accepted. Nowhere in their form of payments is does it say paysafe is for outside US only. I have pictures/screenshots of the situation and they have refused to fix the issue. How many other people have been mislead in the US by this? Stating that they accept this form of payment and come to find out that they do not. I have talked to both sides Paysafe & Daybreak games and they are both refusing to correct the situation. Now I am stuck with cards that I cannot use and refunding my money is 7.50 per card. I know that is not allot but who knows how many people that has happened to. This is out right theft by Paysafe and total misleading information by [redacted] games. To be honest. Nothing short of removing and or modifying these statements from their site and a total refund is what I am seeking. I have screenshots of the situation/advertising, e-mails or anything else that is needed.Desired Settlement: Nothing short of removing and or modifying these statements from their site and a total refund is what I am seeking.
