Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 11, 2016/02/23) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Business is now being sued. Payments Auto Sales has been unable to furnish current tags for a sold vehicle over 7 months ago. Owner continues to make excuse after excuse. We have asked for communication to be in the form of USPS Certified Mail and the Owner [redacted], will not communicate. Vehicle has no use without current registration and proper tags displayed. Owner refuses to take responsibility and gives a constant run around making up excuses about my business checks and other excuses with no grounds are merit. Payments Auto Sales is now being sued in Case # 16SCXXXXXX. We have offered several resolutions to this clear breach of contract sale but [redacted] just continues to promise result that never transpire into reality. Business sold a vehicle with tags outdated from September 2014. Dealer illegally put dealer plates on vehicle versus paying for current tags previous to selling vehicle. This is practice by Used Car Dealerships to burden the customer with past due fees that the actual dealership should incur, not the buyer. The unprofessional service and the very unprofessional responses as can be seen above clearly tell the story of this transaction.
