1. As specified, I was an out of state buyer and could not visually inspect the vehicle prior to purchase and relied upon what Antonio told me. He neglected to tell me about the third gear transmission shudder and photos of the vehicle strategically did not show the flaws with the vehicle: broken master window switch, no floor mats, broken rear airbag suspension, broken headlight, etc. He still didn't explain why tools were left in the engine compartment that could have damaged critical engine components - it proves they were trying to fix/hide issues in a hurry.
2. The price was negotiated to fair market value based on Kelley Blue Book from a higher price. Seller's willingness to negotiate on a desirable vehicle also indicates he knew of the issues of which he did not inform me when asked. When someone asks if there is anything wrong with the car, the seller should state the issues.

vehicle was sold as is without any warranty, vehicle drove off the lot just fine and was shipped out by a transportation company acquired by the customer and aside all of that the price was already negotiated from our original asking price.

I am rejecting this response because:We just got the car back last night from the Land Rover service center. We spent quite a bit of money getting things repaired that they hid from us during the sale, claiming that it was "as good...

as buying certified from the dealer". The car is also missing the cargo shade ($300 minimum  to replace) and some additional items, that I've already sent in, in documents. Including the interior detailing to correct the melted crayon in the back of the vehicle..the pictures are attached below.  The running boards are about $1000, plus installation.  My husband called today and spoke to the general manager, Kelly, with intention of attempting once again to get reimbursement for the wipers we replaced, the items missing still, and our money(overage paid for taxes, tags/registration).  Here is what my husband sent me, regarding the phone call: I told him I had been waiting for his call for weeks. His response was what am I looking for? I told him I expected the items that were listed in the oral agreement and written and acknowledged in email correspondence.  He said he believed the manuals had already been sent to us and that the other items (2nd key, Inspection and hitch cover) would not be given.  He said that the Revdex.com and attorney general and licensing agency had contacted them and told them they did everything right, so now what? I told him I expected the items that were listed in the oral agreement and written and acknowledged in email correspondence.  He said to buy a manual and he would reimburse me. I told him he's clearly not trustworthy, so why would I trust him again? He told me he'd buy the manual and asked, "What next?" I said "the key." He asked how much it was and I replied $400 for the key and around $100 to program it. He replied "Okay. What next?" I said, "the inspection paperwork." He replied, "We were going to pay for the key and the manual but you just want more so now you get nothing. Have a good day." I said "I just want what we agreed on. You have a good day too."
