Overcharged for plumbing service not performed & led to information
on March 2, 2016,
Payless Plumbing charged me for the $Leak detection they did not perform $for removing hose & drain under sink They gave information that insurance will
Pay for my plunging for water damage and referred me to PRG restoration service, which I ended up paying high priceThey said they would credit money back to install pluming back after our kitchen was repaired
I wii not install plumbing back from Payless Plumbing because they are overpricedI called and asked for $
Refund of $leak detection not performed and they said supervisor will call me back, but have not heard

I have made several written and verbal request to get a full explanation of charges for services completedWater heater and garbage disposal unit replaced, no documentation provided

Tried to clean drain and couldn't do the job clog too hard
On March 30, our kitchen drain plugged up We used drain cleaner and all kinds of things to get the drain to open The stuff moved some but the plug was at least foot down in the drain On March 31, I called Payless Plumbing and they came out at 2:pm The man ran the rooter into the drain and said it debry in drain kept falling back in drain and closing the hole he made and it couldn't be fixed He showed my son with the camera as to what was happening We would need to call our landlord to tell him the piece of pipe has to be replaced and the kitchen and hall had to be dug up in order to find the stoppage and fix the problemThey would work up an estimate and it would take at least days to fix depending how far the stoppage continued in the pipeWe contacted our landlord and told him the problem and to have the company call him with the estimate We called the company back and gave him the inform

After thoroughly discussing the issue with my field supervisor ***, the reason for Payless-4-Plumbing not complying with
the free camera inspection is due to the fact that we were never able to get in contact with the actual owner of the propertyPer company policy, any property that requires our services that include a camera inspection we automatically request for the owners consent and try to get them to be at the property at the time of repair or inspection so that we are all on the same page*** *** is not the owner of the property she is only a tenantWe were never able to get the owner's contact info nor has he/she contacted usHowever, after careful deliberation we have already refunded her $back to her discover card and will send out a settlement form for the client *** *** to sign and mail back to finalize this disputeWe do apologize for the inconvenience however, as Payless-4-Plumbing we were only following our company policyThanks

this business who did not give me his nameI have attached to this e-mail recorded telephone conversations from today
Both recordings, I informed the person that I would be recording the callThe only reason I started recording the call the first time was because he started swearing at me, demanding to know why I filed a complaint when I "didn't pay (them) ***." He continued to yell that I "did not pay ***" and that is when I told him I would start recording the callHe said he did not care
If you listen to the calls, you can hear him stating that I have committed a crime, and using profane language (at the end of the second call, he tells me repeatedly to "pull my head out of my ***." Both of these things are violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
I had already ask that they not contact me by phone or text regarding this disputed bill; however, when he first called the gentleman stated he wanted to try to resolve my complaintHe clearly did not
I understand they will claim that I "stole" and "wrote a bad check." This is not the caseA check was written in good faith out of my husband's business accountThe funds were available at the time the check was written (we can provide evidence of this if you need it) and when the check was attempted to be cashedWe requested a stop payment on the check late the next day after discovering that the work they stated was done was in fact not done, that we were grossly overcharged for what was actually completed, as advised by our insurance company, and after repeatedly requesting an invoice, neither me or my insurance company received one
