I ordered an herbs gronder from this company back in february of They emailed me and said due to high demand and a recall it would take extra weeks to shipI waited and emailed them back a couple months later they said ot was scheduled to ship out in a couple more weeksI waited again and emailed them they said they would send me a refund check and the product but I still have not recieved eitherThey will not answer the phone calls or give me a call backAlways just an email "apologizing" and stalling for more time

I placed an order with Alpaca LLC on May 26th, I sent an email to Alpaca on June 16th asking if they had a date for the delivery yet, as I was trying to receive the product in time for Fathers Day I received an email back from Mary stating "Your order is scheduled to ship out between June 27-July I sincerely apologize for the delayWe’re happy to include a free shirt if you let me know your preferred sizeWe'll also upgrade you to a 33% larger Alpaca with more grinding capacity as a thank youWe appreciate your patience and are beyond excited to get the world's best grinder to you! Have a nice day."
The product was not received by July 17th, so I called the phone number listed on the websiteNo one answeredSo I emailed may back asking to receive another update, and she responded "Hope all is wellI’ve received news that your order is now scheduled to ship out between July - July So sorry about the delay and I can confirm this is the final ship dateAgain, thank you for your patience, we’ve hit some speedbumps with our distribution facility that have been solvedI guarantee you’re going to love your Alpaca! Have a nice day." At this point I was a little frustrated but tried to stay understanding as I know the production line was out of her handsI waited until last week, August 10th where yet again nothing was received so, I tried to call into the office multiple times a day, hoping someone would answerThey didn'tI emailed Mary "Hey MaryStill have not received thisCan you please give me an update? Order #Ordered on May 26thExcuse my frustration on this but I have been waiting over months for something that I was supposed to receive in 3-weeksI look forward to hearing from you soon"Polite but showing my frustrationNO RESPONSE AT ALLI have called on multiple days, at multiple hours since then and no answer there eitherBeyond frustratedI just want my boyfriend to be able to enjoy the product I purchased for him months ago

I placed an order for a product that this company sells back in April of this year, approximately around the third weekI have yet to receive this product and have been contacting them about since JuneI gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited but recently I finally asked for a refund more than one time and I have met gotten any responsesregarding my product or a refundI'm about the point now that I'm aggravated that I spent good money on something and get nothing back in return for itI've read reviews from other people that have ordered it and they still have yet to receive it eitherAt the very least I would like to have my money back

I tried ordering a grinder from them twice two months pass both times before I ask for a refund the website promise two week I waited two months and nothing

I ordered a product from Alpaca LLC online back on May 6thOn June 19th I emailed the company using the contact us information as I had not recipients my order or any further information on my orderI was informed they we upgrading my order to a 33% larger product that would be shipped out sometime between June and July 6thI still had not received my order or any further information on the progress of my order on July 11th so I emailed the company again and was informed they were having distribution center issues and my order was guaranteed to be shipped out July 14th-28thI emailed the company on August 3rd and again on August 9th to try to figure out what's going on with my order and now I'm not receiving any response

One of the biggest mistakes I’ve made in life is bringing our family’s beloved pet to PAWS It’s been a nightmare from the beginning My wife didn’t want to bring our dog to a discount clinic; we wanted what was good for him, only to find out that we were wrong PAWS is not a place that I would ever bring a beloved pet again One can blame staff for many things in customer/animal care, and at PAWS you would be correct in doing so, but in this situation I’d put most of the blame on the Dr This Dris the one who hurt our pet, and the staff is to blame for blowing it off telling us that it was normal What is normal, we didn’t know what was As we found out later, it wasn’t and our pet need additional emergency care We got the additional emergency care, but not from PAWS NEVER AGAIN, NEVER

I ordered my Alpaca grinder on February 16, and the confirmation email said it would be approximately 4-weeks for me to receive my deliveryI waited until mid April to email the company and received no responseI called the company and no one answered so I left a messageNo one has called backThese people are not conducting honest businessThey are taking money and dodging customersI still have not received my delivery, an update, or any response to my correspondenceThis is ridiculous and unprofessional

I ordered this product in February and have not received the productI always get the "2-week" response from MaryMary would stop responding to my email, so I would message her from a different email address and she would respond to that, thinking I was a new customerOnce she realized I was already a customer looking for information, the responses would stopI check my spam folder, and I receive emails up until I start asking about shipping datesThe company needs to stop advertising and refund everyone until they figure things outThey still continue to promote the company with no Updates to customers, no Warnings to potential customers and still no product
