Our website and orientation conversations with new clients stresses the high energy group play environment that our loyal clients and their pets have come to appreciateIt is not uncommon for new pets to go home after a visit to our resort completely tired out and moving slowly after their play dayDogs that are not acclimated to high levels of play may seem especially tired; this is normalWe continuously monitor the play areas and provide a separate play area for dogs that want or need a break.? We also provide for our guests, multiple 24-hour live feed cameras throughout our facility so pet owners can monitor the play environment and keep an eye on their pets during their entire visit as well as encourage phone calls and offer updates via email or text.? As a premier pet care facility, we at Paws and Claws Pet Resort take great pride in the safety and handling of all pets, along with the expert care and customer service provided by our staff and managersWe also practice full disclosure with owners, should there be any issue with their pet,
including but not limited to handling, feeding, grooming and any other aspect of their care. Not all pets thrive in all environments and situations and we will not allow a dog to harm itself or a staff member while grooming or trimming nails. When we were unable to keep this particular pet from over stressing (no muzzle was used), we stopped, thus not finishing the nail trim. We are sorry for the dissatisfaction and have refunded the clients payment in full
