A joke of a company...who gave these guys their brokers liscence? I brought in a Kim Norlein painting still being sold for $todayI was lowballed with a $offerI was asking for a $loan! When I asked how they came up with that, I was told its because paintings do not sell wellI got told they offer the same $for Terry Reddlin paintings (400-500$ painting) alsoPawn America is a scam, they used eBay as reference which isn't bad but when their broker looks at the wrong painting for a reference....They have a problemTold him it wasnt the right picture and he said it was still $and that's all he can offer

This used to be such a fun place to do business Everyone was super friendly and nice Recently, the environment has changed There is a new Manager, she is a young African-American female She doesn't wear a name tag so I do not know her name She is the meaniest, most un-professional person I have ever met She accused me of setting my own rules and told me I was lying to her when I told her of previous experiences at the store I have been a customer there for over years, long before she worked there She told me she did not trust me and she did not need my business Being this is the case, I will no longer shop there or do business there anymore

I have been receiving Cosmetic Botox treatment services from DrStuart H [redacted] and esthetician for skincare needs, when he initially opened his Foothills Neurological office and had his small spa services onsite His expertise of where to inject the Botox to best meet my overall desired need, was always his primary concern, and took the time to thoroughly ensure we communicated a desired cosmetic lookI had tried so many other Botox medical care spa's and no one could compare to the quality of the final outcome I wanted to purse with my overall goalThe esthetician was very personable and accommodating, as well (delivered excellent customer care and service)As the medical spa practice expanded, it was fascinating to see the, New Image Med Spa was created to the medical facility, but within its own building! Currently, its amazing the array of services one can receive in this serene and soothing, and quite therapeutic for the soul "pamper me, I deserve this" setting The estheticians and medical spa staff are so caring, professional, patient, kind, and really do take their time to explain products, services, and great deals! I just want to warn any potential buyers, I had gone in to purchase a ring, upon picking one out the sales person ( Anthony) Assured me to come back the next day to figure out the pricing on the ring, I was told the ring would be put on hold because of our issueThe issue was that it was a ring that was in the percent off case with a sign that says percent off and the Anthony also said it was the case with percent off the ringLong story short I came back the next day new years eve to find a big surpriseNot only was the ring I had intent to already purchase the day before hand not put on hold, the price on the ring was also switched to double the amountNow on these rings you can clearly see a price tagThe issue why I did not purchase it was that Anthony kept pushing me to just come back tomorrow since the manger that night would not honor that it was a ring that was suppose to have a percent off of the listing priceHe said come back tomorrow after I speak with the other manager tomorrowI went home assured that the issue was going to be resolved Low and behold I did not expect the lies put into this ring I was pretty mad when I realized the deceitAnthony then said he would speak with the regional manager and get this fixedSo I believed Anthony and went home again to wait for a phone call from him.He never called me back so I decided to call himAfter being put on hold for minutes Anthony finally came on the line and pretty much told me nothing can be doneNot once was a apology given from him after days of him assuring me he will get it fixedAt the end of the day I was lied to again and againWhen purchasing from a seller at best a big chain industry you should be able to trust them, who really knows what they can be selling to you since they clearly show signs of distrust, lies and deceitThis incident happened at the Burnsville location

The item was placed in the safe after receipt of this item in the store. The next time the necklace... was touched was when the customer came to the store to pick it up. We do not process any pawn jewelry as we would not want to damage or change anything a customer has left with us. The safe was moved from the old location to the new location with all items inside. Nothing was changed. There is no chance that the item in question was damaged or removed. We also hand the item back to the customer after it was purchased and nothing was noted in the system as a concern by the customer. We also have that on video. I am sorry to hear about the issue. As a good business, we can take a look at her pendant and see what we can do to fix it. All she needs to do is bring it to the store and we will take care of her. When I picked up the pendant, I didnt notice anything wrong with it, but that same night at home I looked at it and notice a difference and called them that same day. Then on 3/10/14, I return to the Pawn spoke to a mananger, showed them my pendant and he told me "if it happen here or not" we will fix it for free, I left it their and got it back, now it looks almost the same. We have attempted to reach her by phone to see what else we need to do to rectify the situation. The Manager will continue to reach out to her and have her either call back or stop by the store and speak to the Manager Marty Swanson.

We have spoken to the customer and he is happy with the current product. He was a little embarrassed as the reason the item was not working is he did not sync up the remote with the game system. He stated he was very happy with the service he received and no longer wanted to return
the item or get a refund. We did offer him a refund - but he no longer wants it.

This is a beautiful and inviting spaAll the staff are welcoming, friendly and professional Tamara the laser technician is knowledgeable and truly cares about her clients and strives to give them the best results possibleI am thrilled with my Ultherapy results and will continue to see Tamara for all my future skin care treatments

The picture provided shows a damaged corner of the TV. We can prove that the damage was not caused by Pawn America or any of the Pawn America employees. the TV left the store in the same shape the TV went into the store for pawn. We have a pawnbroker who helped put the item in the car with the customer. He will testify, if needed, to share the care that was given to bringing the TV to the customers car, and the way the customer placed it into the car. We cannot be held responsible for damage done after the item has left our store.
If the customer wants to check into seeing if the TV can be fixed - I may be able to help resolve the issue. We try to work with customers to fix items if we can help.

So dishonest I went to *** america to *** my clarinet which they sell for dollars plusThey lied showed me ebay prices and offered dollars I think this practice is unethical and the mark ups are criminalThe teller atempted to play a confidence trick to lower the price out right lying the whole time

I have had not one but multiple problems with Pawn America in Anoka, MN and cn rapids, MN Anoka sold our TV before the due date and there was nothing to be said about itAt cn rapids they pawned something under someone's name that was not my husbands After trying to get the issue resolved we were told we would be blocked from their system so we can not go to any location and pawn something This is not how you run a business Patrons should be worth more than this to your company especially since we have spent a lot of money with this business over the last years Will not be returning and if someone asks about our experience I will tell nothing but the truth!

Everything in the store is marked up way too high in according to the original market price and the expected resell value. I brought in a bow valued at 250 to 300 dollars, and they tried to offer 10 as the highest. A toy bow can be bought more for a child. I saw 4 people walk out in just 20 minutes because they offer such low prices and then overprice the merchandise being resold. And they say they offer top dollar for anything being bought. People do not sell anything there very often and most times they walk out of the store because they do not offer fair prices. They do not use accurate information when buying a item, the girl that I was with used forums to find prices. Not experts or people who would actually know what an item is worth

I absolutely love and highly recommend New Image Med Spa! I have tried several different services and products . Botox, chemical facials, Latisse and Skin Medica are some of my favorites. The staff is professional and very friendly.
