Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2017/06/15) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: [redacted] @gmail.com Dear [redacted] P., I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but you misunderstood our policy on booking and subsequently canceling a reservation for your pet in our boarding facility over a holiday period; in your case, Memorial Weekend Your deposit was applied and paid on May 22nd for a boarding reservation beginning May 27th to June 3rd You called our office and canceled the reservation the day before the reservation, May 26th, thus forfeiting your deposit as it wasn't canceled days in advance of the holiday reservation We require non-refundable deposits of [redacted] to reserve the suites (this "promises" the suite to clients) and to protect the financial loss to the business if guests unexpectedly cancel and we are unable to book the suite after cancellationIn this instance, we lost the "promised" revenue of approximately [redacted] and were unable to book the suite due to the short notice of cancellation To be clear, our reservation policies, including holiday bookings, are stated on our website, in the required to be filled out Welcome Packet, and stated on the phone when bookingWe take your credit card information when booking over the phone or in person and process it at that timeThis "saves/promises" that boarding suite for your petThe deposit is then applied to your invoice as a credit at piof the pet I had instructed my receptionist to call you June 7th to get your address so that I could send your [redacted] deposit to you in a spirit of peace after she shared with me some of the things you said; however, after seeing this review on yelp and Revdex.com, I'm finding it difficult to negotiate with your actionsWhile speaking to my receptionist, It appears you threatened to slander my business and immediately took action on your threats without an opportunity for a response I would reconsider the forfeiture of the deposit if you retracted your review on the Yelp site, Revdex.com site and any other site you have posted on that paints our business in a negative lightAfter the negative review(s) and language are removed, I would be happy to return the [redacted] deposit to you The ownership and staff at Paw's-n-Claw's works hard to provide excellent services to the pets in our care and the clients we serveI hope this misunderstanding can be resolved in a positive way that is conducive to both parties Thank you for your consideration, [redacted] , RVT President Paw's-n-Claw's Pet Care Palace
They are the best in FW! I have tried MULTIPLE groomers that included people not brushing my dog after the bath, missing a whole leg of nails not cut, and not doing all that they say is includedPaws & claws was honest, helpful, friendly, and did all that I wanted and more! Our dog (Maddie) looks great and you can tell that she enjoyed it thereI am very grateful to have finally found a good groomer for my dog to continuously go to!!! Thanks for the great service and I hope everyone is willing to give them a shotYou won't be disappointed :) trust me I tried many in the search for a place like this!! I think it speaks for itself considering I never write reviews and I'm writing multiple for this business
