My items were finally received on August 13th, months post orderNot happy with the amount of time this took and the refusal to acknowledge me when I pushed for more information (i.e.a shipping confirmation number, proof of shipment, ect.) And despite saying this was shipped times, I never once received a shipping conformation number to track the package nor was I told initially that this was shipped before, so this leads me to believe that once this complaint was made, the order was fulfilled in order to save faceI will NEVER order from this company again and will strongly discourage anyone from ordering from this company They also took an active campaign on Instagram for other users who hosted their images/products on their own pages to have anyone that placed a bad review or competitive product alternative comment on their images to have them removed so that no trace of complaints/competitors are seenThis is deceptive and wrongI have screen shots from the user that this company reached out to and asked to have my comment deleted along with other comments that showed them in a negative lightBut, they couldn't be bothered to return my call or even answer my emails timely to let me know the status of my orderIf they spent more time running a good company instead of worrying about keyboard complainers on Instagram, maybe they wouldn't be such a [redacted] company and wouldn't have so many complaints

This has been ongoing for MONTHS!!! What the fk kind of business do you run? I have not received the product I ordered or my money backSTOP "RE-SHIPPING" and GIVE ME A REFUNDOn top of that your doggy seat belts DONT EVEN WORK! My items were finally received on August 13th, 3 months post order. Not happy with the amount of time this took and the refusal to acknowledge me when I pushed for more information (i.e.a shipping confirmation number, proof of shipment, ect.)
