Complaint ID [redacted] Dear [redacted]: In response to your letter...
to the Executive Customer Support division of [redacted], it is our understanding that [redacted] has some concerns regarding her internet service. Our Executive Customer Support representative reviewed all pertinent database records. Our records indicate that the service was activated on December 3, 2016. On December 23, 2016 [redacted]’s service was cancelled. Due to the account being cancelled within 30 days, there is no contractual agreement and the early termination fee of $400 does not apply. Please be advised that [redacted] has been assisted properly regarding cancelling her service with [redacted]. This complaint sounds as though it should be forwarded to J&S Technology Solutions which [redacted] was previously advised of. [redacted] didn’t sell a router to [redacted] and doesn’t accept responsibility for issuing a refund for the router. We sincerely regret any inconvenience that [redacted] may have experienced and are hopeful that our actions will serve as a demonstration of our good faith. At this point, we would respectfully request that our response to this complaint be accepted as closure to the case. February 22, 2017Dear [redacted]:I am writing in response to a complaint that was filed against our company. I have left 3 voicemails requesting a call back from you and to date I haven't received a call back.The complaint that was filed against our company is invalid. Our company did not sell this customer a [redacted] wireless router on 12/3/2016. Each time [redacted] called our office we referred her directly to the "Individual Subcontractor", Al T[redacted] was given Al's information each time she has called. The [redacted] wireless router was sold the customer by an "individual Sub-Contractor" named "Al T[redacted]'. Al T[redacted] is not a salesperson nor is he employed by our company.This claim against our business is invalid and we would greatly appreciate if you would remove this complaint from our business name. The complaint needs to be addressed to the following individual contractor, Al T[redacted].
