This doesn't resolve my issue After this was replaced at this seperate company ? as u can see there is no warning of error or something saying what this person is saying the piece that is bein described Isnt placing it in anyway uneven from its way of regular placement and preventing it from working n any way .also what he ? is saying doesn't make sense for someone to do the transmission shop didn't work ? on this part they only replaced the transmission with rebuild? Him and his company did this work? And they did everything listed including issue with ? the damage listed.? Besides this after over looking this mistake and this same deceit? And his conversation The problem he is referring to the piece that was bad was only the top piece of this starter He replaced this entire thing because part wasn't available for it to be partially fixedBottom line he was responsible for the replacement of this partIf this broken piece was in anyway shape he is saying this other company wouldn't have replaced or did the work with warranty ? included The damage that is bein listed is so small and the mount part is not involved? There is a small part with small crack But it is not the reason or it doesn't prevent it from placement? .? How do I get money back and have this resolved?

work done. We inspected vehicle and found wrong mounting bolt installed for starter and the engine block was cracked where starter mounts. We explained to customer that we would replace the starter at no cost, but starter would not last and there wouldn’t not be a  warranty on starter again that he needed to take the issue up with the business that did his transmission work.
