Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Paul of Pauls Plumbing knows exactly why I reject his answer. I authorized $342.00 to have someone from Pauls Plumbing to do an inspection to determine where the water was leaking from. After it was determined the leak was underground Pauls Plumbings Representative agreed to refund one-half of the $342.00 if my daughter would have the work, required to fix the leak by Pauls Plumbing. Mr [redacted] supposedly authorized $3,200.00 on his credit card to be charged for one-half (1/2) to start the work and the other one-half (1/2) charged to his credit card when the work was completed. Paul credited the wrong credit card (Mr [redacted]s) for the refund of one-half (1/2) the original charge ($342.00) $171.00 and again charged my credit card for $1,429.00 that I never authorized. Pauls explanation that my daughter some how authorized the payment by signing an invoice for the completion of the work is ludicrous as my daughter never had posession of either Mr. [redacted]s credit card or my wifes credit card so would not have any idea whose card number Paul put on the invoice. Pauls plumbing owes me $1,600.00 (($171.00 for refunding the one half of $342.00) and $1,429.00 that he wrongfully charged to my credit card. Mr [redacted] owes Pauls Plumbing $1,600.00 (one-half of the $3,200.00) that he authorized at the start of the project. My wife and I received two invoices on December 29, 2015, one for $342.00 and the other for $1,429.00. We had no knowledge of what the $1,429.00 charge was for. we paid the $342.00 from the invoice that we had agreed to from Pauls Plumbing. This is entirely an error caused by Pauls Plumbing. His representative knew full well which party was to pay for each separate part of the job. Maybe his Representative didn't explain it to Paul but Paul should MAN UP and take resopnsibility for HIS MISTAKE or the mistake of his representative.
Sincerely, had[redacted]
