On Thursday March 10th my service technician from Essigs arrived to fix a leaking toiletWhen he stepped out of his truck he looked like a Plumbers version of Doodie HouserI swear I have underwear older than himHis name is Jeremy and he is My skepticism turned to admiration as he put his shoe covers on, listened to my problem and set to work ......explaining in detail everything he was doingJeremy is professional, knowledgeable and courteous....a very pleasant young manHe took care of my problem toilet, fixed a very slow filling washing machine and advised me on how and when to add the salt to my water softener tank......more than I had even known I needed help withI can;'t say enough positive things about my experience with Essig and Jeremy and my only concern is now that I have told you what an excellent technician he is....he will be too busy to come to my aid the next time I need a plumberTreat him well Essig's....he is a rare gem!!!
