photos could be a positive oneI immediately began the process of completing the Contracted itemsi.ethe next day preview photo gallery, editing of the entire gallery, delivering a thumb drive with the full gallery, designing the album and delivering the albumWe completed the contract items by delivering the album on or about September 9th, My dealings with **, *** husband, were friendly and cordialonly became aware of this situation thru a *** post that was tagged inIt included a litany of distortions, embellishments and outright lies*** removed the post for violating its community standards, specifically harassment of an individual.I have fulfilled the contract in its entiretyI have furthermore spent countless hours since that post monitoring, disputing and having removed similar baseless reviews and even direct contact with current clients on my social media as well as specific wedding business sites all done by an army of friends and acquaintances of *** most of which did not attend the wedding.I do wish *** and ** wellIt was an incredibly beautiful dayBoth *** and **and all their family and friends were a pleasure to work.I have included items that corroborate the baselessness of this complaintPlease let me know if there is anything else that you need.Paul V. 9/18/

September 25, 2017To whom it may concern,This letter is regarding ***'s assertion of no resolution.A watermark on the album is a standard in the industryIt has also been included in my prior wedding albumsIt was included on the web proof that *** *** signed off as "Looks good" on August She also received additional spreads in the album as a part of a show of goodwill on my part.Regarding the statement of harassing her family, this is another baseless distortion in a line of manyI had a single 48-minute conversation with ***, ***'s mother on September The intent of that call was to try and see if family was aware or could stop ***'s defamation of character and harassment campaignWe hung up with the idea that *** and *** would try and have a talk with *** since it was getting out of handI followed up with a ** message later that evening*** asked at that time that limit my contact to *** and **have had no further contact.What prompted the call was that *** posted on *** on September 10, a 12-paragraph post of similar outright lies and distortions which incited and praised any and all that would take part*** removed the post for violating its community standards, specifically harassment of an individualNone of these people know me nor did they attend the wedding yet posted negative reviews on several different unrelated *** business pages and even responded to my current client postsOne commented on a picture of me with my Simply The Best Award for wedding photographyI have also received threats via *** messenger directly from this.Regarding the photography timelineIt is never signed by my clientsThe initial timeline review was a minute phone call on 5/15/We had additional discussions during their engagement photo session on June 12th, we texted again on June 20th and finalized remaining items at rehearsal on June 22ndIt is always clearly communicated that this timeline is for me to be able to orchestrate their day so they just don't have to worry or think about anythingThis is easily shown by reading my prior client reviews on ***.com and the ***.comThere was also an assault thru these avenues but most were discredited and deleted based on submitted proof to the contrary.I have fully completed my contract with these clientsIncluding additional wedding album spreads above and beyond the contracted itemsI believe I have shown most of the assertions to be by cleardocumentationOthers are simply he/said, she/said but also completely false.Despite all this and continuing harassment, I will order as a courtesy, a reprinted album with no logo for my cost of $Once the funds are obtained, I will reorder and drop ship directly to their address.Paul V

I am rejecting this response because:
You are unable to see the logo in the proof as you can see in the photos Paul has attached in his responses. Once I receive an album without the logo I will decrease in the amount I am asking for. You do not have clear documentation of the timeline as you do not have my signature on the timeline you wrote out. I never saw it. We never discussed it. I have proof that you state you viewed the timeline I sent you which has you arriving at 9AM.
