Had Paul the plumber come out due to mixing valve in shower not producing enough hot water. The technician replaced mixing cartridge with one in stock on the truck. Had same issue after. Received bill for $148 service call and quote to replace faucet in shower. The fees were between $815-$900 to replace with new Delta and $5685 to replace complete shower as an option due to my frustration. Had my brother take a look at who is not a plumber and he determined part of this mixing cartridge was inserted backwards. Once corrected everything worked excellent heat and pressure.
I will never call Paul for service again, I was very disappointed after seeing such an easy fix and their lack of basic plumbing knowledge. There was NO value in the $148 that I paid.

Cannot rate him higher, but I would for his integrity. He was a very accessible as a person, reasonable in price, and I felt that we got a great service for great prices. I would definitely stick with him as a plumber.
