I have a Paul Mitchell flat iron. It is the pink "Cancer Awareness" iron. I have called the numbers to their corporate office and left several messages with no response. I have no clue what to do with my iron. At this point, it will not turn on. It was working fine and then stopped turning on for no reason whatsoever. What a joke! Not even a return call in regards to their product. They don't make this iron anymore and it is the only one I can use on my hair. These tools are pricey and I cannot afford another at this point. Please take care of your paying customers. Your products are great. Customer service . . . .NOT!
Review: To whom it may concern:I'm writing in regards to my experience with thePaul Mitchell Warranty Center located at [redacted]. I sent them my broken Paul Mitchell blow dryer on Oct [redacted]. They logged it in to their warehouse on Oct [redacted]. I sent them an email on November [redacted] to see if they had received it and when I could be expecting my new tool. No response. I then called them on November [redacted] and left a voicemail. There answering machine said that they would respond in 24-48 hours. And that their average time on a returned tool was 7-14 business days. No one responded to my phone call or email. On November [redacted] I sent another email explaining my situation and frustration with not knowing what was going on with my tool. I asked them to respond as soon as possible. That same say, I did get a response saying that they did get all my messages and that they did have my blowdryer logged in and that I should hopefully be receiving my blow dryer soon and she'd let me know for sure once she found out. On November [redacted] I sent another email to see what she had found out about the blow dryer, and I have not heard another word. I called again today and recieved the answering machine and left a voicemail explaining I was getting frustrated with not knowing when I would be receiving my tool which retails over 100 dollars. I would like to ask for your assistance in locating my new blow dryer and finding out why it has taken nearly 2 months to flag down anyone from the warranty center. My business relies on my skills, as well as my tools and when I am lacking a blow dryer as a hair stylist...that's the same as a police officer lacking his weapon! Review: So ive sent a flat iron to the paul mitchell warrenty center, when I sent it, there was nothing wrong witht the tool, I just wanted to see if I can get a new one, on the box it says a 2 year warrenty on it, but they said you have to register for the 2 year warrenty, I thought ive registered for the 2 year warrenty, but I guess I was wrong, they told me if you want the item back you have to pay a 35$ replacment fee, or they are unable to send me my item back, I talked to one of the ladies on the phone and she told me that if the warrenty does not work out, they should send it back with no fee, , they cant just take my tool away from me, I paid 100$ for the tool and ive been waiting a month for it and now they are refusing to send it back. nothing is even wrong with my tool.Desired Settlement: the bussnies should send me back my item with no refuse of doing so.
