Review: After first calling and discussing issue by phone with store employee (Richard) I was recommended to send faucet handle there to repair which was done and mailed 10-19-15. I called back 11-16-15 and told would be sent out by end of that week. After no contact called again 1-7-16 and told ready to send end of following week. Still no contact and last called 2-3-16. Asked if there was problem and to just send faucet handle back. Said were waiting for epoxy and would ship following week. Still no response.

Each time took multiple phone calls to get through to talk to someone ie. most attempts never answered. Each time I talked to Richard.Desired Settlement: Return of faucet handle repaired or not.
