I encountered a young Man today that renewed my faith in field service techRep's, Shadd did a great Job correcting problems created by others, troubleshooting the system,replacing defective parts in a reasonable time frame, should I require the service of Cal Air in the Future Shadd would be my first choice to do the Job

I purchased both a & ton a/c and heating Carrier "Infinity" units I also purchased a Carrier whole house humidifier and air filtration system It all works flawlessly It is extremely quite and saves me money on my energy bill Cal Air's installation was professional and everyone arrived on-time Even the owner showed up to make sure everything was done correctly and that I was happy Since the install, Cal Air has been providing preventative maintenance and the service people are the best They do a great job and I couldn't be more pleased with Cal Air's service I would highly recommend this company
This morning Peter Aof Cal Air performed our spring preventative maintenance on our two Carrier air conditionersHe did an excellent and thorough jobI did not ask Peter if he had been in the military, but after thirty years around the U.SArmy I can state that he exhibited all the mannerisms of someone with prior serviceHe was polite and respectful and honestCal Air needs to be very proud of this young man
We had our first maintenance visit today and Shadd was our Technician He arrived promptly, was polite, personable and knowledgeable Honest answers were given to our questions and there was no unnecessary sales pitch We are very satisfied with his service and have therefore signed up for an annual maintenance agreement with Cal Air
I called Cal Air late on Thursday when my downstairs air conditioner was blowing warm air They were out before am the following morning and it was blowing cold air within minutes! Shadd was courteous, put booties on his shoes, explained everything well, and most importantly, GOT ME MY COLD AIR BACK! I highly recommend Cal Air, and, of course, Shadd!
Having your air go out over July 4th weekend is never a good thing However Shadd from Cal Air was so very helpful in figuring out the problem that other companies missed and got it repaired quickly!
I called CalAir from Michigan to assist an elderly friend who was having problems with another company. CalAir got out to her home the same day and went above and beyond to help her, not only resolved the problem, but did a few other things to help her restore her faith in HVAC companies. They have a new customer for life. Thank you CalAir for taking care of her like she was one of your own parents!!!!

Cal Air Heating & Cooling did a fantastic job replacing my air conditioner and furnace. As a Carrier authorized dealer they provided the most competitive price of three bids. The technicians were outstanding. They were very courteous, knowledgeable, and hard working they are a true asset for Cal Air. I would recommend this company for any heating and cooling needs.
I was impressed with Alberto right from the start. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable. He performed his inspection, changed the filters and reported the results. Based on his report and recommendation we authorized additional work which he performed quickly. He had to complete the work in the rain but all looked satisfactory and the unit ran fine. We hope that Alberto comes back for our fall checkup.
Needed capacitor replaced on downstairs air unit. Called Sunday morning, Orlando was out by 12:30pm, finished by 1:00pm. My 5th time using this company. Always
satisfied. Great service. Could be just a little bit lower priced or offer discount to repeat customers.
We had great service from Bill And Shadd. There first priority was to diagnose the problem. They did not try to sell us a new unit based on the age of our unit. We now have an almost new compressor-condenser that is working just fine. This saved us a lot of money.
Great service from Orlando. He conducted a thorough maintenance check-up of our Infinity Carrier AC/heating unit and answered all of our questions. He also advised us on furnace filters and helped us reinstall our existing filter.
