just spoke with my *** Insurance Subrogation Rep Pat V*** (***) the other day and she said that Richard, the President of Patriot Parking gave you (the Revdex.com) an inaccurate report.She said that Patriot's Insurance company is under the *** umbrella but is a totally different company, and that the case is far from closed, nor has the claim against them been denied.I can also report that I spoke with an Ammad at Patriot Parking this past Summer, who said he was the manager and asked me to email him the parking receipt and pictures of the damage, which I didI never heard back from themI pasted another copy of the email that was sent to my Ins Rep of what I had sent months before to Patriot Parking

The complainant is a monthly patron at a garage operated by Patriot Parking, Inc. On the afternoon of March 23rd, he contacted our office claiming that his vehicle had sustained a damage. Upon receiving his message, called the complainant to meet with him in order to review the extent of his claim....

We decided to meet the following day in the garage since he told me he will not be needing to drive his vehicle out of the garage.arrived the next morning to find out he had retrieved his vehicle. I called him and rescheduled for that following Saturday, since he claimed he would be returning on Friday night. I came to the garage again on Saturday morning only to find that he had left again. asked the garage attendant to call me once he returned. On Saturday afternoon, I went to the garage to look at his vehicle. The damage I saw indicated the vehicle may have been hit by a projectile or impaled by an object, but was not consistent with a garage damage. A garage type damage would have impacted the area surrounding the point of contact which was not the case here. , then, called the complainant to notify him of my findings. He was not receptive to my conclusion. recommended he notify his insurance carrier and follow their advice but there is nothing that we can do at this time.Sincerely,Ammar D. Director of Operations
