Winstar electric company (Greg [redacted] did electrical work for me today. He arrived on time as scheduled. When he entered my house he put on shoe covers not to dirty my floor and introduced himself. The electrical work in my bedroom was very complex by installing new wire for 20amp outlet. His knowledge was very professional by explaining and trying to divert the wire to the appropriate electrical circuit. He charged on the job instead by the hour which was very affordable. He also provided folder with educational information and the history of their company. I have had bad experience from two previous electrical companies not diagnosing the problem, did not follow-up to correct the problem and would not return my phone calls. I would recommend this company to anyone. I appreciate their service.

The Winstar Home Services team did an excellent job in helping us decide (Harry came over to our house) on a new bathtub installation, in letting us know in advance with each step (I think Sara spoke to us over the phone), organizing finance and the final removal of the old bath installation of the new bath and shower by Joseph and his helper. They did the removal and installation in one day, staying till late to get all finished, and did a thorough job in cleaning everything up afterwards.

Winstar is highly responsive and professional. I had a problem with water leaking in our basement and within hours the technician; Steve, was there as arranged by Sara who I call in a panic earlier in the day. Sara connected with the technician while I was on the phone with her who confirmed he could be there the same day. I was even updated as to the time the technician would arrive when I called back asking for his time frame. Steve took care of the immediate problem and offered suggestions as to make improvements with our HVAC system. He was informative and very pleasant. I will definitely make Winstar my go-to plumbing and heating company!! Thank you for all of your effort and hard work today!! It was comforting knowing the situation was handled and handled correctly.

I never posted a reviewed before but wanted to past this information on. I received services from Winstar; electrical and plumbing issues. Both experiences momentously override my expectations. Both service men were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Also, I must include that the company email a picture of the service person few hours in advance so that you will know who's coming to your home, very impressive. I will certainly contact Winstar again and will refer Winstar to people because I feel just that sure they will be satisfied.

They were amazing. Robert was concerned about installing the right system for our house and not the most expensive one. I would highly recommend them.

We hired Winstar Home Services 25 Thomas Ave, Brooklyn MD 21225 to install island lighting in our kitchen. Greg the technician was excellent. He knew his trade and had a very positive attitude. He demonstrated patience in discussing several options especially pertaining to holes in the ceiling needed to run wiring. Overall the work was excellent - clean up was good and we recommend hiring Winstar and Greg.
