The guy may be fired but I'm still out thousands of dollars and stuck with a truck that I continuously have to keep putting in more money to fix.

*** insisted on arguing with meI went in there to get my plates and though and behold they still wanted moneyThe check engine light came on againI don't want to have to keep coming in to get the vehicle repairedI have a job I have to get to and that is impossible if I don't have the vehicleIn my opinion it is not worth $and definitely shouldn't classified as an above average vehicle. They can't even repair my stereo correctly, instead of fixing it they taped the wires togetherIf I wanted that done I could've done that myselfSo my radio clock still ins't on, it's still misfiring, and the engine light is onMy appointment on the 14th will be my 7th visit to have my vehicle repairedI basically have to hunt them down to do anythingThis is not customer serviceI need to get to work, I am tired of going back and forthI am a paying customer and don't deserve to be mistreated and talked down to like I'm stupid

Complaint #[redacted] 2006 Ford ExpeditionWe are one of the largest special finance used car dealerships in Cleveland, Ohio, and as such we know used cars will sometimes have tricky issues which require attention, troubleshooting and visits to the service department. This initial service work is...
done at no charge, and with the minimum inconvenience possible. We are/will make every effort possible to correct the issue in question. Should these be unsatisfactory to the customer, he is welcome to return the car for a full refund. Meanwhile the customer is driving the vehicle and using it. As such it is not unreasonable to ask the customer to make payments as agreed in his agreement. Should the customer wish to return the vehicle we ask them to do so promptly. We would also be willing to pick up the vehicle if that would be more convenient. We also remind the customer that this is a Retail Sale with what we consider an above average vehicle. You cannot compare that price with wholesale or private sale transactions.Best Regards,[redacted], General Manager[redacted]

March 10, 2015I'm not sure
when Ms. [redacted] wrote this response because I spoke with her Saturday
March 7. At that time she agreed that all repair issues have been
resolved except for one intermittent problem for which we have an
appointment to correct this Saturday March 14.
If she is not satisfied
we offer her a complete refund. This offer still stands or she can
wait till Saturday.
Sincerely,
[redacted], General
Manager
