Paul was very friendly, courteous and prompt He was able to come out and diagnose problems with my refrigerator and washing machine the same day that I called! His proposal for repairs was very reasonable, and after I paid the deposit, he was very good about following up on the status of my parts order and scheduled a return visit Now my appliances are working like new again! I'd definitely recommend him

After having a poor experience with another vendor who did a service call but did not show up to replace the parts, I called Patriot Appliance to get my Samsung stove & oven fixed Paul, the owner of the business answered my call the first time and immediately setup an appointment to diagnose the problem the next day explaining he did not rely on other companies diagnosis He was correct in doing so because the parts required were actually different than the first company had stated Paul expedited the parts overnight and was out to replace them Paul is transparent in all his business practices, with his services, pricing and what he is doing to fix the appliance He charges a very fair price for his services He does what he says he is going to do and is excellent with communication He is genuinely passionate about his customers as it clearly bothered him that another company in his industry had treated me poorly as a customer It was refreshing after my bad experience with another contractor and I will definitely use his services again anytime I have an appliance repair!

It's amazing how easy it is to take for granted that you can easily get hot water in your washing machine I never gave it a second thought until I found myself boiling pot after pot of water just to do a small load in a hot cycle Fortunately, [redacted] fixed that for me, and it only took hours!
