Ms. [redacted] purchased the sign on 4/7/15 and the sign was installed on 6/11/2015 and the photos of the sign were emailed to [email protected] on 6/11/2015, see attached files.
Review: This company used similar communication style as the [redacted] causing confusion to long term clients of the mentioned entity, They billed for a membership fee of $45.00 and many subscribers sent funds. My check was made payable to [redacted] yet cashed by this company. I want a full refund and for them to stop their deceptive practices.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This business cashed a check made payable to another landowners association. Upon receipt of this check they should have communicated to me the wrong payee or returned the check to me. To date I have not received a refund.
Regards,
Review: We belong to Mohave County Landowners Association, "Your Association Since 1991". In March, 2015, we received a letter from what looked like the same organization ... providing the opportunity to place two "No Trespassing" signs on our Golden Valley property for $75.00. We responded to the opportunity and forwarded a personal check for $75.00. We just learned the "News" company was less than honest and most probably no signs have been placed on our property. We have corresponded with the real company about this issue. The President suggested filing a claim with the AZ Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: We would like the company questioned, appropriate action taken for false business and our $75.00 return to me and my account.

I accidentally sent them a check for my membership that was meant for [redacted] after, after they had sent me a bill. The correct company contacted me letting me know about the mistake and urged me to contact Mohave County Absentee Landowners News, LLC for my refund. I got no reply after sending a letter explaining the situation. When I contacted them again they told me they do not refund anything after it has been past 6 months, even though the incident happened with in those timelines. They have provided horrendous customer service and have cheated me out of membership costs. If you have a problem with them as well please feel free contact them and complain at [redacted] .
Review: Mohave County Absentee Landowners ("Absentee") has created a new business whose name is, in my opinion, purposely similar to another association (Mohave County Landowners Association) that I have belonged to since 1991. Since a yearly bill is received toward the end of the year, the appropriate business name is not repeated often enough to recognize. In late September, I received a bill for the exact same amount ($45.00) as that of the appropriate business. I have never done business with Absentee, nor provided my name and address to them, yet they sent me a bill. Three weeks later, I received the legitimate bill. I believe the billing time and amount was purposely the same to create confusion. I sent $45 to the "Absentee" business. I have called 3 times, finally receiving a response and asked for my money to be returned. Was told to send an email request to them at [redacted] on October 31 and am still waiting for that refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money. It is my understanding that many members of the appropriate business have been duped in the same fashion. I believe Absentee is committing fraud.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted]. They had all the information they required without asking you redundant questions. A check has been received and I consider this complaint resolved.
