The clients in question, [redacted] and [redacted] called into our call center and requested to get their mortgage readiness plan to help them get a mortgage and gave their payment information and what date they would like to get started The program they chose was up front and ten payments of totalling per client The clients never returned the necessary documents requested via the initial phone call or follow up email and phone call The clients then called back in stating they had changed their mind and never gave authorization, we proceeded to provide proof that they did give us authorization; but in the interest of the client cancelled their payment arrangement so no further payments would be taken The client has never requested a refund via the cancellation form given to them at the initial enrollment and requested from them when they obviously just changed their minds and we still have done our best to accomodate them by cancelling their agreement The contacts several times as they are stating have been met with the same response and all they have to do is sign and send in the cancellation form and we would be more then happy to refund their money
