I have multiple complaint dating back to but this will cover the last year*** ** is a “buy here pay here” businessThis way they allow people to pay what they can and to “charge” repairs and pay those off as he canWhen I bought the car, a *** *** (VIN# ***) I was given paperwork, (copies are included) and was not informed that *** ** would retain ownership of the title of my car)Unfortunately all these things put me (and other customers) in an “indentured servitude” situation, if I/they cannot afford to pay the total of the repairs at one time things keep being added to my/their billThis is what happened to meWhenever anything went wrong with my car I had to bring it to *** ** since I am disabled and cannot work and am living on S.S.I., I could not afford to bring the car to another repair shop, since I would not have a lot of money to pay for repairs elsewhereAt the time I was living in *** so *** **was not that far awayEach time I broug

Review: I placed an for 100 patches on 12/**/14 I received my patches 1 week later but the color of my patches was incorrect and wasn't what I approved to be made. I called patch professionals left a message and sent a email on 12/**/14 never got a call back. I sent a 2nd email on 12/**/14 and I got a reply on 12/**/14 from [redacted] requesting a picture of the product which I provide on 12/**/14. I spoke with [redacted] the follow day and [redacted] informed me that he was going to talk with the owner of the company to see what he can do and he would return my call by the end of his business day. I never got a call back. I called [redacted] back on 1/*/15 and he asked for me to send additional pictures which I did. On 1/*/15 I received an email from [redacted] stating that he submitted a remake form to the factory, shortly after that email I got a call from [redacted] to ship him 1 patch back so he can show his [redacted]. I was never told that they couldn't process the remake order until they received the 1 patch back. I called [redacted] on 1/**/14 to find out when my patches were going to be shipped and I was informed by [redacted] that they had just received the patch and he needed to show the owner so he can approve a remake for the patches. I requested for [redacted] to transfer me to a [redacted] and he refused to do so and hung our call.
This wasn't the product that I approved to be made and at this point I would like a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund.

Review: I received an artists proof for patches, and submitted payment for the order. After payment, we received the stitch out example. The design was identical, but the quality of the patch was not acceptable; it looked very cheap and as if it would disintegrate with the first washing. I asked for a refund and was refused.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the price we paid.

Review: I ordered these patches on 1/*/15. When I received them, they did not match the approved post. I emailed the company a picture on 1/**/15 and asked for either a refund, or the problem to be fixed. On 1/**/15 I emailed again and asked for an answer, I received a reply that day that a remake had been ordered. I called the company once a week or more from then on, asking about remake status and reminding them that these patches needed to be to me by 3/**/15, or they'd be useless. Each time, I was reassured that they would be to me on time and that I'd receive a tracking number soon. On 3/**/15, I told them that it was too late for the patches to reach me in time and asked for a refund. I was told "I don't know what to tell you." I asked to speak to the [redacted] and was told he was in a meeting and would call me back. I called on the [redacted] and was told that the [redacted] was out to lunch. I soon received an email with a tracking number showing that these had been picked up on 3/**/15 and waiting for customs clearance in Hong Kong. I replied that this would do me no good and received no reply. I called again and asked to speak to the [redacted] I was transferred to his phone, which went to voicemail. I left him a message and received no reply. I shared this experience with friends online who are part of the same group from all over the country and three people so far have replied that they've been through the same thing with this company.
Not only are they trying to avoid giving me a refund, but they've also delayed me long enough that I don't have time to go elsewhere. The lack of professionalism is inexcusable!Desired Settlement: I want my money back. All of it. There is no other solution at this point.
