On behalf of Pasta Too, I would like to apologize for the accidental charge on Mr [redacted] cardWe pride ourselves not only on the quality of our food but also our excellent customer serviceWe strive to be error free and are continually taking all necessary steps to correct and prevent any issues from repeating in the futureI would like to personally apologize for the wrong amount charged to the cardAfter researching the errorWe found that the server made a mistakeShe placed the tip on the wrong checkAlso which management failed to correct this at the end of the nightWhen Mr [redacted] brought this to my attentionI gave him two options on resolving the issueCredit the card back the $or have it in cash for him to pick upHe declined both optionsWe have resolved the issue on our side and refunded him the $back to his card Again, thank you for bringing this to our attention Sincerely, George Hancock Manager

I would like to personally apologize for the wrong amount charged to the card. After researching the error. We found that the server made a mistake. She placed the 7.00 tip on the wrong check. Also which management failed to correct this at the end of the night. When Mr. [redacted] brought this to my attention. I gave him two options on resolving the issue. 1. Credit the card back the $7.00 or 2. have it in cash for him to pick up. He declined both options. We have resolved the issue on our side and refunded him the $7.00 back to his card.
