I accept that Mr. [redacted] is "looking into the insurance company's investigation that led to the denial of Mr. [redacted]'s (my) claim" and I still await a response from Mr. [redacted]. As requested, I have forwarded three large, clear photographs to Mr. [redacted] showing damage to my car and proving that there is more than sufficient clearance between door and fender. I am more than willing to supply copies of those photographs as well as copies of all other documents referred to in my original complaint to anyone who may have an interest. I will continue to await a response from Mr. [redacted] and I hope and trust that this matter can be quickly settled in a fair, honest, and just manner.

Over the course of this situation, I have had numerous telephone conversations with both the [redacted] and [redacted] representative and a representative of Passport Transport LLC but this most recent conversation, held on 9/22/2014 with Passport's representative really takes the grand prize. During the course of this conversation, I was actually told by a Passport Transport employee that, while my car was sealed into the fully enclosed Passport truck, it might have "damaged itself" (his exact words), presumably out of loneliness or depression? In addition to that, it was then suggested that the damage my car incurred might have been the result of "totally unexplained circumstances, (again, Passport's representative's exact words). Presumably due to extraterrestrial or supernatural interference? [redacted]? Really?
How many absurdities must I endure before Passport Transport accepts responsibility for the damage to my car and settles my claim?
