because: I would like to refute *** ***'s dishonest reply.First, I do not think anyone in their right mind would be happy with the work that was performedI have attached multiple pictures so you can understand how bad this work actually was. Secondly, In *** ***'s 2nd response he states he never agreed to pull rootsThis is entirely falseHe in fact did agree to this and actually said this in his first response to the Revdex.comThis is a direct quote from his first response "In addition, we were asked to take out some roots that another company that he hired missed taking out and we did it." Now just to clarify, he was asked to take out roots before I hired another CompanyI hired a company to grind a few stumps down and they also grinded out most of the roots free of charge which is why I agreed to have them do thisThis actually made *** ***'s job easier because he had less roots to removeI also stated this in my last response to the Revdex.comAlso as I Stated in my first response, *** ***'s company did not fill in all the holes properly and missed some entirely. Based on *** ***'s dishonest responses to the Revdex.com, I would not want him or anyone in his company to come back to my residence to fix the mistakes that were madeI would like to be refunded the amount to have another company come in and fix the problems.The paid invoices *** *** has provided are not the originalsI was sent the original invoice thru a link in an emailThis link however does not show the original invoiceIt updates every time something is changedUnless the homeowner prints out the original invoice, they would not have access to it and if any changes were made with or without their consent, that would be the only invoice they could seeThe invoice he has provided does not show anything about the roots but this, as I said, is not the originalAlso he admitted in his first response that he did in fact agree to remove roots Also we NEVER agreed to $This is entirely fictional along with most of *** ***'s accountAs I stated in my first response, The morning the work was started, *** *** and I agreed to extend the playground area for an additional dollars for mulch and with me purchasing and delivering the additional woodI also had to purchase landscaping fabric which was according to his lead foreman supposed to be included. Additionally, *** *** is saying he takes offense to me saying he was irate and argumentative but he did in fact argue about the $dollars that was never agreed to when he called me on my way to workHe was indeed irate and was raising his voice. Not only does he take offense but he accused me of being irateI can not believe a legitimate business owner would be this dishonest. He keeps mentioning he has been in business for over years and has never had a bad experienceThis has absolutely no relevance to this situation because this was not my experience at all. *** *** now admits to receiving my emails but in his last response and I quote"I had NEVER heard from him again and I was glad that that was the case." He now says that he did get my emails but did not respond because I was not being reasonableHere is a direct quote from one of my emails,"You can either have someone come fix these issues, pay for another contractor, or pay me for materials to do it myself." I think this is being extremely reasonable. It is absolutely clear that *** *** has been dishonest based on his contradicting responses. It is my hopes the Revdex.com will look at the evidence and responses provided by both parties and will make the right decision.
