I ordered a [redacted] dryer part through the PartSimple website and of course, they charged my credit card immediatelyI was provided a shipping date that came and went with no action or noticeI called the company and was provided a new shipping date that was again not honoredAfter giving them a third try at keeping to a target shipping date, they failed again and did not even notify meI then (at their recommendation) cancelled my orderWith that, I received an email notice that a refund would be processed only IF the part had not already shipped from their supplierI have yet to receive a refund and have been without a functioning dryer for more than a month

While it is unfortunate that Mr [redacted] did not understand our overnight shipping policy we will not be refunding his overnight shipping fee as the item was in fact shipped using FedEx overnight shipping as shown with the tracking number [redacted] and the attached information from [redacted] Mr [redacted] placed an order on our site after our shipping cut off for the dayOn our site it states that the item "typically ships out in business day" for all orders placed after our shipping cut off whereas it will show "Order within XXx and this item will ship today" if the order is placed before our shipping cut off.Attached are screen shots of how the item he purchased looks before out shipping cut of (3pm Eastern) and afterMuch like [redacted] has shipping cut off when they are able to process next day delivery we also have the same policy.Mr [redacted] paid for overnight shipping and received overnight shipping from when his order was processed the following day.I hope this clears this misunderstanding up

It turned out OK My initial experience wasn't pleasurable because I set myself up for being irritated after reading of negative reviews on Revdex.com(1st exchange) I had an issue with a part, emailed Parts Simple for a refundWas asked for model number of washer(2nd exchange) In my answer I gave the number in the first characters of my reply I was asked again for model number (3rd exchange) I replied again, adding a photo of model number and stating I had already given information in previous emailThen I was told that she didn't see the (quoted) "Model" in my first emailBy now I'm thinking that they (parts simple) are conveniently running out my day window of return timeSo, (4th exchange) My next email read, "Model" number xxxxxxxxxxxTheir reply was a promp return authorization number and a statement that credit will be given upon receiptMy refund was even issued before they received the part from meI give a positive review because after the exchanges of emails, money was promptly refunded, including my $*** There are some kinksPossibly these can be improved in the future I'll still consider purchases in the future as they are about the best price

I was not abusive or threatening I told you I was going to tell everyone about my experience, thats a promise in fact, if anyone was threatening it was you when you said youd file charges of slander against me im guessing im not the first customer youve upset like me judging by your response if carbs were sold quickly, how many other people like me got screwed out of their carb dont sell a product over the internet as a middle man company if you cant fulfill your promises that upsets people thats not right how many people are like me?
So, im going to post as many bad reviews as I can about my experience with your company as I see it by the way, I run a business and I cant give my customers excuses apparently its ok for you?

I ordered a part for oven $After receiving the part, I found this part was not my problemI contacted the company and got a RA number to return the partSeveral days passed and no refundI tracked and the part had been receivedI called the company and was told had not receivedI gave tracking number and the lady found that it had been received by the warehouse but they had not sent on to themI was told that she would contact them and I should have refund in two or three daysIn a couple of days, I received an email saying that the part had been used and was no longer considered new and they could not issue a refundNothing was said about returning the partI called the company, and told them the part was not usedit just wasn't what was torn up on my ovenbut was still told that it had been plugged in, so was considered usedI asked them about returning my part and even told them I'd give credit card number for shippingAfter all, I paid almost $for the partThe lady was very rude and told me that I would get no refund and the part had been disposed ofI was trying to tell her that I wanted my money or my part and she hung up on meSo NO WAY WOULD I EVER BUY OR REFER THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE~!!!!!!!! PartSimple.com offers new parts, remanufactured parts as well as a return for repair service for parts that are no longer availableOn December 9th Mr*** purchased a Return for Repair service for a Whirlpool Over model ***Upon checkout Mr*** received an email with instructions on
how to package the control board and how to send it to us for repair. PartSimple claimed to have a musical instrument partAfter I order it, I find they order it from somewhere else (back order) which if damaged or broken, they are not responsibleCannot be canceled if the order is shipped and charge a restock feeThey immediately take the money from my accountAfter days I am still waiting for my refundCalled no answer, after a few attempts a chat pcame onShe explained that the order was cancelled and refunded, but may take another or more days to get the refundyears

Since filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and Revdex.com's contacting Part Simple Technologies,LLC miraculously they responded with two emails saying they will credit my credit card and refund my entire purchase price and cancel all outstanding orders being processedI have yet to verify if those funds have been replacedHowever, I would still like to make the comment that Part Simples practices of listing parts as available when they are not is deceptive and misleadingTaking a customer's money and sending notice after the fact that the parts ordered are unavailable due to backorder should not be allowedI for one will not be using their services in the future and will not recommend them to others

The issue with your 'return' is that you did not contact us to initiate the return, you instead used a recycling label to 'return' the item however since the label is for recycling and not for return the item was never received by PartSimple but instead by the recycling companyAgain we have refunded you so this does take care of your issue but I wanted to ensure you understood that it was your honest mistake in using a clearly marked recycling label to return the label rather than contacting customer service for instructions and the correct address

We received a refund AFTER we filed the complaint with the Revdex.comYES we did contact you...where would we have gotten the RMA# from? The included return address label had the EXACT same address YOU gave us to send your defective part to, and NOWHERE on the label did it have the word recycling on itOnce again you are making yourself the victim where WE were victims to your shoddy business practicesWe hope in the future you explain your return procedure CLEARLY so no other customers get defrauded by you

Ordered an dishwasher heating element Needed the part the following morning so paid the extra $50+ for overnight shipping Following morning requested the shipping/tracking number and was informed that the order was not coming Contacted customer service and was informed that they would refund my shipping amountTold them to cancel the order but they told me they could not cancel it
Not a problem, It was paid by credit card and I will dispute the charge since the company did not perform as agreed In order for the part to be returned they will have to pay for the return postage/shipping

Original order, *** Customer ordered part# *** Refrigerator Ice Maker Assembly *** on 5/17/ He contacted customer service on 5/23/stating he received the wrong part He would not wait for a RMA, we issued him a RMA to send the Union part here This
part was returned and he was issued a full credit on 6/6/2017.After verifying his model#*** We advised that he needed Manufacturer *** not *** for his first order Which he ordered on 5/26/2017, order# *** The order was shipped out the next business dayCustomer emailed stating he was sent the wrong part that he ordered *** but received ***.We advised the customerthat this is an manufacturer change, that this ice maker is used for 95% of the freezers and *** is a kit that includes the Ice maker ***and multiple wire harnesses.We have refunded order ***There are no other options for the part he wanted as it has been substituted by the manfacturer as mentioned above
