Parsons Construction Group, LLC Reviews (1)

I have 7 pages of notes describing the problems I have had with P[redacted] Construction Group, 2 employees and the owner Bill P[redacted]. I will try to shorten it.
The contract was signed 6-8-16 to have cedar boards replaced, as determined by salesman Scott [redacted] and a lifetime guaranteed paint job put on our house and the garage door being painted a color to match our front door.. I gave them a quart of the paint to match for the garage door. The job was to start 7-11-16. The paint is from TEX-COTE out of Florida.

Three starting dates were missed without any contact from Parson's Construction to let me know they weren't going to make it that day. They finally showed up on the 4th start date. This was over a period of several weeks.
The garage door was painted but didn't match the front door as promised by Scott G[redacted]. Bill A[redacted], another employee (sales or management) was at my home that day and agreed the garage door paint did not match the front door. He promised it would be taken care of. My quart of matching paint was given to them two more times so they could send it off to Florida and have it matched. I doubt this ever happened as the colors were not even close.

While this was going on, Bill A[redacted] left a message on my phone stating that my wife had accepted a previous garage door color and that Parson's Construction considered the contract fulfilled. This was a LIE. A[redacted] put this lie on G[redacted] so I called G[redacted] and asked when she supposedly accepted the color that didn't match. He couldn't tell me when or under what circumstances. To his credit he got them to come back again with another color. It didn't match either but the painters had another can of paint which was the closest yet and I accepted it. However they didn't leave the remainder of the unused paint with me for possible touchup in the future. I paid for this paint.

Owner Bill P[redacted] called me while the painters were there and after a heated discussion offered me a $712 discount to not contact the Revdex.com. He also said he would increase the labor warranty from 5 to 10 years, replace a board that I felt should have been replaced earlier and get me the TEX-COTE warranty within 10 days. I gave him 30 days to complete these items or I would be writing to the Revdex.com. He agreed.

On 9-12-16, I called his cell phone to remind him that the 30 day time period would expire on 9-15-16. He didn't answer and his voice mail was full. so I called his office and talked to receptionist Glenda. She told me P[redacted] was in a meeting. They always are when you call the office. I told her who I was and why I was calling and gave her all the information and asked to have P[redacted] call me back. It is now 9-16-16 and I haven't heard from him and I still don't have my TEX-COTE warranty, the board hasn't been replaced and I don't have the remainder of the paint to match the garage door.
