We purchased a new furnace and a/c unitThey left my basement a messA pile of dirt was found in the corner of my basement and the floor (which was newly painted with a durable concrete paint) was stained and messed up to the point it will need to be refinishedI had a utility mat in the basement which was taken out by the installer and thrown in my garage behind my garbage binIf that were left in place it may have saved the floor from having to be repaintedI would much rather have to replace a $mat than have to empty my basement, spend at least $and days to repaintThe installer also dumped my liquid laundry detergent (honest mistake) but he did not bother to clean up the mess that was under my dryer and washing machineHe also left dirty hand prints around the thermostat on my newly painted wallsI also found dirt and debris inside my washing machineI called the company to let them know the state of things once the install was completeNothing was done
