Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 14, 2016/05/18) */ At Parker Plus we take pride in every job we undertake and we firmly believe that our guarantee reflects our standpointIf a defect is found as a result of poor workmanship, Parker Plus endeavours to repair the issue, while replacing any parts necessary, at no charge to the customerHowever, this warranty excludes problems arising from pre-existing, neglected, or conditions unrelated to the original work we performedWe use only the very best parts, products and materials but in the event that the products or materials we choose fail, then the manufacturer's warranty would take effectIn this event all costs to us, not included in the manufacturer's warranty would be billed accordingly We have never refused to complete any repairs for Ms***, and we were not permitted to even inspect the damage as described in the complaintWe have never spoken to Ms [redacted] herself regarding any issues with her pump or her bill and have, to date, never been given the opportunity to address any issues with this leakThe only contact we had was a phone call from Ms***s' father on the 18th of April, When we tried to explain our warranty policy, so that was aware of all the contingencies, he hung upThree days later a complaint to Revdex.com was received We believe Ms [redacted] did not give us an opportunity to resolve the issue amicably before filing her complaint with the Revdex.com As to the original work described by Ms***: In August Parker Plus was contracted to install a water pump, underground gasoline, and connect water and sewer to existing services for Ms***Our offer to quote the job was declined, and we mentioned a cost of a recent installation in order to give an idea of the basic costOnce on site, and the water was turned on, it was found that due to the age of the trailer, major leaks existed in both interior water lines and exterior drain lines under the trailer (within the insulation)The work we completed exceeded the scope of the original job and as a result the charges for labor and parts was higher than the work that was originally discussedMs [redacted] was informed of all issues at the time the work was completed and did not raise any complaints at that time During the course of the installation, Ms [redacted] and her father were adamant that the work be done immediately, even though the job was requested last minuteWe went out of our way to reschedule other appointments to be as accommodating as we could on such short notice and did not charge extra for the accelerated serviceOn each day of work, we did as much work as we could without going overtime, and even stayed longer than a full day of work on at least one occasion and we did not bill for the over timeWe gave Ms [redacted] a deal on the extra man required to get the work done as quickly as Ms [redacted] requested, and there were several occasions we did not charge travelConversely, there were a couple of trips where we could not put in a full day, due to previously schedule appointments with other clients, work hodue to waiting on 3rd parties, and, in one instance, the technician was not able to gain access to the interior as the key was not left in the previously arranged spot When the work was completed, after the pump had been under pressure for days, all fittings were checked for leaks by sight and by touch and no deficiencies were foundAny leaks should have been apparent at this time Six months later, in February, the site was inspected by Superior Inspections and again no deficiencies were found We cannot at this time reimburse Ms [redacted] for any parts or labor in relation to this issue as we were not given the appropriate opportunity to inspect and assess the issue before she attempted repairs and filing her complaint

Six months later, in February, the site was inspected by Superior Inspections and again no deficiencies were found.
We cannot at this time reimburse Ms. [redacted] for any parts or labor in relation to this issue as we were not given the appropriate opportunity to inspect and assess the issue before she attempted repairs and filing her complaint.
