Hi im writing regarding complaint number 11793014. Our patient [redacted] had called regarding not being able to see out of her contacts on Oct 26, 2016 . Ms. [redacted] eye exam was 3/18/2016. She contacted us8 months after her annual exam . She bought 9mths worth of contacts. She... was fitted for a different axis due to her change of her astigmatism and recieved a free trail pair of contacts. We give our patients three months to come back if there not happy with there new rx. After the 3-6mths vision can change. Ms. [redacted] insisted that we put her back into her old prescription. I had told her that she would have to see the docter due to her medical condition. Her medical condition can change her vision. She could have bleeding behind her eye etc. She refused and kept calling with threats. She wrote on [redacted] the same thing she wrote to you. I called Ms. [redacted] after being bulled into just giving her her old rx and exchanging 2 boxes she had left out of the 6 boxes she purchased. She was happy with the end result. I told her to make sure she has her annual exam when the time comes to make sure everything is okay. So just writting to give you the out come of this complaint. Thank you, *** Jewell eye inc
