On February,5,I called the Tv repairman to come to my house to give me an estimate of the repair of my RCA TV,model number [redacted] serial number [redacted] The repair man came to my home took my TV apart looked at it and said he would have to take the insides to his shop and he needed dollars I gave him the dollars thinking that would go on the repair of my TvThe repair man said he would get back to me then he told me of his dollar house call fee,I continued to call the repair man for two weeks close to three he then told me he would get in contact with me and I could buy one of his TV's he said he had a Toshiba and a RCA for 285.00,I then told him he said it would take him a week to repair my TVI told him just bring the parts to my TV back he did and then he said he did not care if I bought his TV's and said he was keeping my other dollars
