October 22, To whom it may concern: I am writing in response to the complaint filed by [redacted] *** [redacted] is a residential tenant who resides in an apartment pursuant to a residential lease contractThis property is undergoing extensive renovations and all tenants were aware of the plans when they renewed their leasesIn anticipation of the construction, all tenants executed a renewal which permitted the Landlords to tender notice to terminate the leaseI have attached a copy of this document for your review and subsequent noticePark Towne Place exercised this right and copies of both notices are attached.In addition, Park Towne Place insures its security deposits with a bond pursuant to Pennsylvania LawP.A.C.S.A S 250.511cI have attached a copy of this law for your review and a copy of the bondThis law does not require the Landlord to inform tenants, or the face of the lease, the name of the banking institution where the deposit is heldThe tenant would be correct as to this requirement if the Landlord was holding these funds in a banking institution(See PA CSA (a)(Copy of law is attached)The bond law does not contain this requirementI hope this resolves all of your questionsPlease feel free to contact me if you would like to further discuss this matter.Sincerely, Susan K
