Parked in their lot located at the corner of O'Connor and Somerset Street on Dec.17/at around 5:p.mthinking the lot was closed as I didn't see the sign due to poor visibility during a snow storm When I returned around 9:p.mmy car had been towed and I had to dig out the sign to find the telephone number to call to find out where my car was The person I spoke with was not interested in hearing my reason and actually said that what I had done by parking and not paying was just like stealing Anyway, they charged me $to release my car to me I had to pay up to get my car, and have been trying ever since to reason with Park Safe to get some type of a reduced charge, as I advised them that the charges for the same if my car had been in a *** lot would have been slightly less than $ Park Safe hasn't budged or offered any sort of partial refund and avoided addressing the fact that their charges were a lot more than double what others are charging
This place was a joke. The neighbors are loud, the walls are paper thin. The neighbors felt it was okay to have their sound system vibrate the walls from 10am until 2am the following morning. Management called them to turn it down 4 times in a week before they finally said "oh well we have to write a letter. They need 3 to be evicted". Washer and dryer room windows were broken, 3 of the washers didn't work. One of the dryers stopped working on me right in the beginning. Our stove burned everything and any time it was on, it smoked the entire apartment up, even though it was supposed to be "new". The roaches and brown recluse spiders were constantly around. The "new" tub was only a casing that started disintegrating which revealed the mold behind the casing. The faucet in the tub was awful. More water came out of there than the old, rusty shower head. The fridge shelves were broken when we moved in. The front door didn't even fit the frame. We requested it to be fixed three times and no
I parked in the [redacted]. parking lot Sat evening. It was practically empty. I have been parking in this gravel muddy pot hole mess for years when visiting nearby restaurant. I was not aware it was a paying parking lot, I thought it was owned by the nearby building closed evenings and weekends. Yes, a sign was there, but I didn't notice since it is new. My car was towed while I was having dinner. Can this business not place a warning, even a parking ticket on my windshield instead of immediately towing my car from an empty parking lot? When calling them, they [redacted] will not listen to reason or explanation. They charged me [redacted] to get my vehicle back 20 min. later. I will never become a paying customer of these parking lots in future because of this poor business practice! They clearly do not consider a potential customer.
