Do not us this companyMy vehicle was parked here and I had an item taken from itThe company told me it wasn't there problem and they wouldn't do anything about itHow do they advertise it's a secure location when the employees are the ones going thru cars and taken whatever they'd like
We are a 3rd party website that sells parking spaces for parking facilities across the U.SEach parking facility is personally owned and operatedEach parking facility has complete control over their inventoryWe were notified by the facility that this client made a reservation for parking in February They had to close off reservations due to circumstances beyond their controlWe notified the customer as soon as we were notified, in fact the same dayWe explained to this customer that this was beyond our control and that the parking facility is giving him plenty of notice regarding this situationWe offered to re book him at another parking facility along with compensating him out of our own pockets through a discountI personally offered him a free dayHe declined all attempts to satisfy him even though this was not a decision we madeWe had customers effected by the decision of the parking facility and this customer is the only one that was not satisfiedThis customer has threatened us and we take this very seriouslyHe gave us an alternative either we make good on his reservation through a larger discount or he was going to smear our reputation through Yelp every dayI have attached the communication emails with MrBeverly for your review
I notified *** *** directly that we would offer him a free day, prior to his filling out the complaint Here is his response:

It was not our decision, we do not own the parking facilities on our web site, they are privately owned and operatedWe sell their spaces when availableWe were notified that their option you purchase for February was not going to be availableWe made every effort to notify you right away so you could make other arrangementsWe do have another option that has indoor parking, First class Airport Parking offers indoor parkingIf you would like that option please let us knowYou can call our reservation line and use this free day coupon for your reservation.

I am rejecting this response because:
When I was notified by phone and email, nothing was said about a free day on a new reservation It was not until I filled out a complaint to Revdex.com that an email showed up offering a free day.When a company has a business that charges a fee for cancelling a reservation no matter what the reason is I felt this company should be responsible for helping me find a new reservation around the same price Well I made a new reservation at the same location and had to pay double the price In the future, I will not recommend a service like this I will always deal directly with the parking garage If I had dealt with the parking garage back in October to make the reservation the cost would have been $95, I made the reservation through this company for $69, but since they cancelled my reservation (and the reason should not matter, it is their business) the new cost at the garage was $because it was close to the date of use.Did you often the other cancelations a free day?Why was I not offered the free day when you first notified me?If I was offered the free day on my first notification I would never have filled out this complaint.Also, this was my very first complaint to Revdex.com and I am years old, so I do not over react

We are a 3rd party website that sells parking spaces for parking facilities across the U.S. Each parking facility is personally owned and operated. Each parking facility has complete control over their inventory. We were notified by the facility that this client made a reservation for parking in...
February 2016. They had to close off reservations due to circumstances beyond their control. We notified the customer as soon as we were notified, in fact the same day. We explained to this customer that this was beyond our control and that the parking facility is giving him plenty of notice regarding this situation. We offered to re book him at another parking facility along with compensating him out of our own pockets through a discount. I personally offered him a free day. He declined all attempts to satisfy him even though this was not a decision we made. We had 91 customers effected by the decision of the parking facility and this customer is the only one that was not satisfied. This customer has threatened us and we take this very seriously. He gave us an alternative either we make good on his reservation through a larger discount or he was going to smear our reputation through Yelp every day. I have attached the communication emails with Mr. Beverly for your review.
