To whom it may concern,When *** came to the rental office in regards to her renewal it was explained to her that the $on the renewal summary was a pro rate for eight days at her new monthly rate., and it was also explained to her that she would be responsible for the pro rate for

The resident was using a relative's vehicle, and therefore did not have the proper parking permit on display. Subsequently, the vehicle was towed. Within 48 hours of the tow, Park Forest apartments made arrangements for the vehicle to be released by the towing company at no charge to the resident. Review: Oct 30,2014 by car was towed from [redacted] md , 1993 [redacted] . There is no sign up for no visitor park . Not did my cousin have a visitor parking pass. However my cousin was driving my car oct 30,2014 when it was towed from here residence at 10pm . She had just arrived at her home .. My belongings are in the car and bumper to bumper will not let me get any of my belongings out until I'm pay 175 plus 50 dollars a day fee . Park forest management are really rude and did not he with the situation. I call [redacted] management they just room my name and that's it . Jen that works at [redacted] management said park forest have been getting calls about the towing . I'm a college student with a child . All my valuable are in my vehicle I can not got work or get my child car seat out .Desired Settlement: My car back from bumper to bumper towing
