In response to the above complaint of the incident that occurred on 6/24/Ms*** came into my dealership demanding money back as she claimed that we put too much freon in her automobileMs*** was rude and disorderly in front of another customer that was presentShe was swearing
and yelling and even told me to " go back to my country"She was so disorderly that the customer said I should have called the police and DCYFI told her she was not acting like a lady especially in front of her childThis made her even more irateI never followed her out to her car or used foul languageWith respect to the freon, I offered her a return of the only due to the fact that she was causing a scene in front of another customer and not because we did anything wrongShe refused to give me her card to process the return which is standardThis is when she left in a tiradeIf you need any other information, please feel free to contact me.
