Review: My husband and I parked our R-350 Mercedes Benz SUV there on the morning of 1-**-14 during our attendance to a funeral across the street. Our car was not damaged when we brought it in. There was no walk around done. They just took the car. When we picked it up about 2 hours later they rushed us out and again no walk around was done. However upon our arrival to the grave site in New Jersey (straight ride), we notice our left marker light hanging out and the right passenger side fender/panel dented with a scratch to the bumper as well. My husband brought the car back the next morning around 6:30 am and discussed this with the "[redacted]" [redacted]. He stated it was too busy to look at the video so asked that he return later at 4 when its slow. I came to the parking lot at that time later that day and viewed on Camera 7 along with [redacted], [redacted] (attendant), and another African guy (attendant) in the office. We looked at the car when it came in and all agreed that it had no damage when we arrived. [redacted] was then asked to show me the video when it left, but stated he did not know which camera that was or how to work the zoom to see when it exited. He said he would ask his overnight attendant [redacted]to look at it later that week (Thursday) and inform him of the findings. On Friday 1-**-14 my husband and I came back to see this exit view and [redacted] said he still didn't know how to work it. I called 911 and before they arrived [redacted] admitted to the damage being done there. He told me and my husband to get 3 quotes and bring them to him so he can give to the [redacted]. We did what he said and now his [redacted] is attempting to bully us into taking the car to their body shop to be fixed; or threatened that he would deny them doing anything worn if I took them to court. He then said his body shop guy informed him the damage is only 400 dollars and this is all he would be willing to give. They never asked to see our quotes and are only concerned about doing a shabby job to fix the car and get rid of us..Desired Settlement: I am taking them to Small Claims Court and would like them to pay for my car to get repaired at one of the three shops I provide. Not their mom and pop shop in Harlem, where the guy Steve was very unprofessional and disrespectful. He never told my husband how much he estimate the car is to be fixed and never wrote a professional estimate. I want their business listed as "[redacted].

Review: I purchased parking for 5 days at $16 / day for a total of $80 from the ParkNSave website. The parking site is the one at [redacted]. The original 5 day Parking Pass number was [redacted]
At the 5th day, I talked to your manager (Ronny) about how to extend. He told me to "not worry about it, we will take care of you, and it will cost $17/day". Ronny told me that I did not need to go through ParkNSave to extend - Ronny assured me that he would take care of us. (You can verify this by asking Ronny. Ronny even gave us his contact information as we were leaving.)
I ended up staying for 22 additional days, and each week called Ronny - the Manager at AP 127th Management and each time Ronny quoted $17 per day.
On Tuesday Sept [redacted], when I went to pick up my car, Ronny talked to someone on the phone and they changed my rate to $29.50 per day and would not let me take the car unless I paid $649 for the 22 days. And that is in addition to the $80 I paid to ParkNSave for the initial 5 days. They even had a car blocking the exit so that I could not leave without paying the full $649. Ronny was told not to accept a check, so I had to pay using my Credit Card.
Please honor the price that your manager Ronny quoted to me several times over the 3 weeks - $17 per day.
The amount should have been 22 days at $17 = $374. I was coerced into putting $649 on my credit card, meaning that I would like a refund of $275
Please issue a refund of $275 to my credit card, or mail a check to :
