After researching this file it appears that this is an error on the mortgage company side not the carrier (Travelers) side. The mortgage company paid the incorrect client's account and therefore this policy cancelled. Notice was sent to both the insured and the mortgage company giving
notice that the policy was pending cancellation and then was cancelledUnfortunately, due to these notices being sent and no error on the part of the agency or company Travelers is unwilling to provide coverage for the year there was a lapse
