Paramount technician called the owner only after there was
smoke and burning smell all over the homeHe worked on the furnace for several

blower motor was started without capacitor which caused the motor to burnThey
attended to our issue within mins of calling them and we had to shell out

they left us with a broken furnace that caused us annoyance and the need to
file this complaintThe owner did not take ownership for the loss caused by
his employeeHe refused to send a senior technician or come himselfHis
service technician did not even leave invoice for the job performedThis shows
the lack of commitment to customersWe want his prospective customers to know
his attitude which is why we filed this complaint

After carefully reviewing the work ticket, it appears that your unit failed most recently due to a different issue that the one we fixed 90 days ago. We did mention at that time that this issue could cause failure in the future. I have paperwork showing that you chose not to take our...
recommendation. Also, per our terms and conditions, if anyone other than a Paramount Air technician touches the unit, it voids the warranty. We cannot accept the diagnosis of a direct competitor. We will not be able to provide any refund for this work. As you can see we have hundreds and hundreds of 5 star reviews all around the web and are one of the highest rated companies in Central Ohio. Your experience is unlike the ones that nearly all of our customers describe. Again, sorry for the confusion.
We paid the first month installment of $15 (out of $180) and they refunded $15 but our complaint is on the unethical manner in which the owner refused to attend to the broken furnace (by his employee), either by sending an experienced technician or by himself. Money-back of $15 did not help us as we shelled out a huge sum ($872) to get the furnace repaired. Lack of ownership and commitment (against what is promised on their website and welcome email) could cause other gullible customers to get into the same trap.
