We had TERRIBLE service from this company. We had a good experience talking [redacted], at first, he was helpful. When it came to talking to him about our issues he was very rude, and just dismissed anything I said with excuses that aren't good enough reasons for the drivers behavior. Information I got from my husband and his groomsmen is that he missed to turn into the venue and made a dangerous 10 point turn instead of circling around safely, stopped traffic in 4 lanes and he did the same thing with us girls only he pulled into someones driveway to turn around. Again, he didn't step out of the limo to open the doors for anyone. My husbands arm was around my shoulders resting on the back right in front of the barrier which was down and so when he raised it everyone shouted as we were afraid his arm would be hit and then he was shouting on the phone, while driving which is dangerous, he should have waited to make a call until he stopped at the destination. He then missed his turn into one of 2 driveways at our picture location, and told us that we were wrong where to turn yet most of us have lived in Guelph our whole lives and been to this spot multiple times. We asked him to show us how to play music but all he said was it was on one of the doors and we never actually got it working. [redacted] It didn't ruin our wedding day but it wasn't something fun and special for 4 hours we paid $784. We were told it was $575 and booked it only to get a confirmation that it is $764 and then my dad tipped $20 which we didn't want to tip at all. [redacted]

I was made to remove my review and threatened with lawyers. I posted the review on Nov 16, and an agreement was made on Nov 26 that me nor anyone in my wedding party was to contact the company again. WE DIDN'T, however my review was posted before the agreement and therefore in no violation of any contract. The stress is not worth the measly $128 that they offered. Not only that, but without authorization, they charged my dads credit card back for the $128 credit they issued. He withheld the credit unless I agreed to write a public apology which I think it ridiculous!! We chose to dismiss the credit and have freedom of speech. I have no problems showing anyone the email proofs of this either. [redacted] If you email the company, the man who responds, is the man who I am speaking of. [redacted]

[redacted] We contracted them for our wedding and were incredibly disappointed and felt overcharged. One of the 2 limo's scheduled sprung a leak from the ceiling during a down pour. We informed the driver and he didn't seem to care so we stuffed the opening with napkins= classy. In addition the service booked was to include a just married sign and red carpet service- neither of which were provided.

The second limo driver [redacted] was paid in cash and in full at the start of the trip. Within five minutes he pulled over and informed our family from out of town that he wasn't given enough money and would not continue driving until he was given more. My family unfortunately gave him more. This guy was totally lying and was clearly trying to ensure he received his tip early in the night. We escalated our experience to Paradise and they totally copped out on their response "wow we don't know what to say...".

Avoid disappointment, wasting money, and wasting time and book your limo service with professionals who want your business and care (and who has waterproof limo's). I think their C rating by Revdex.com is pretty telling.. sure wish we'd found this webpage when we were researching limo companies. Live and learn.

Not a very great experience,

- started with the first driver not knowing where we were.

- had to call the company about the second driver 3 hours before our pick up. Almost ruined the surprise.

- the second driver showed up at the wrong pick up location.

- driver was lost and made us 20 minutes late to our first destination.

- driver asked to be paid half way through our trip.

I would suggest to save yourself the stress and look at other companies.
