September 9th, 2017Good Evening,In response to complaint# *** made against Paradise Stream, we have refunded the guest 50% of her stayIn regards to the complaint, the guest was notified via her confirmation email that chetime starts at 3:30pm, not that the room was guaranteed at that
timeAlso it was noted that the guest did request and receive the General Manager's information, as that is not something we conceal from guests when askedUnfortunately when *** *** came to the desk, she was informed we were sold out and unable to move the roomThe only credible solution we had been to put an ionizer in the room, which would neutralize the odor in the room, unfortunately *** *** declined this solution.Please see copies of the e-mail confirmation she received and the refund receipt.Should you have any questions, concerns, or need additional information please contact me at the contacts listed below,Thank youCamber C.Paradise Stream -Guest Services Manager
