Hello ***,I am writing in response to complaint *** from *** *** against *** *** at *** *** complained about being charged for a trash violation, which he said was unwarrantedIn fact, he did not dispose of his trash in accordance with the terms of our
Community Rules and Regulations, which are part of the Lease Contract he signedThere has been an ongoing issue with residents of *** *** not disposing of their trash inside the compactor and, therefore, we have sent several resident notices as reminders of the correct procedures for trash disposalThe last resident notice warned that subsequent violations would be subject to a fine as detailed in the Lease Contract Addendum.*** again dumped his trash on the ground on Sunday, September rather than place it inside the compactor in violation of our community rulesHe was then charged a $fine for improper trash disposalAlthough he states the compactor was not working, it was, in fact, operational and did not exceed capacityTherefore, we will not be waiving the violation fine. The most disturbing portion of this incident is that *** visited the office on Thursday, September to dispute the fineHe became angry when Casey K***, Property Manager, explained that the fine was justified and would not be waivedHe then began to discuss her personal life, stating that she lied to him about living on siteShe told *** that she would not discuss her personal life with him, after which he mentioned that he knew she lived alone and "what would happen if someone broke into her apartment"As he continued this line of remarks, she asked him to leave the officeshould also note that another resident was in the office at that time and overheard the conversationI spoke with that resident personally, and she also found ***'s remarks about MsK***'s personal life upsetting.*** has continued to harass MsK***, submitting reviews online under an assumed name, accusing her of possessing an aggressive pet that attacked him and his small dogNot only did the incident never occur, but *** does not have a dogGiven his continued harassment of our employee, *** has been served with a Notice to Quit by our legal counselShould this behavior continue, he will be evicted from the apartment. Please feel free to contact me directly should you require additional information or clarificationThank you for your assistance in this matter.Sincerely,Karen F.Regional Property Manage
