The reason I am rejecting his response is for these reasons, 1- At the time Paradise had the windows I( [redacted])'s health went very bad. I had to go 21/2 hrs away for testing to see what was going on. At that time My wife called Paradise and told them we didn't know if we would be able to even accept the windows. She was worried about possible financial hardships. She kept Paradise informed about my failing health and all the trips to Doctors in [redacted] and [redacted] VA hospital through Oct. and Nov. and Dec. 2014. As my health continued to get worse again my wife informed Paradise of the situation. In Dec. I was rushed to the hospital in critical condition not expecting to live. My wife informed Paradise at which time Paradise said it didn't matter as she(Wife) was on contract, wife should make arrangements to have windows installed regardless. Wife asked Paradise to call after first of year to see what the financial situation would be at that time but she still informed Paradise that it seemed unlikely we could afford to continue the contract that she would probably have to cancel due to continuing health issues I was and continuing to have at that point. Paradise started harassing wife on the phone calling at least once each week at first asking when she would be home to deliver windows, at each call wife answered paradise with that she was working 10 to 12 hrs. a day and then staying with me in hospital and after January 6th when I was sent to nursing home. I was in nursing home until march 11th 2015. Buy that time wife had had so many calls insisting she accept windows the last time she talked to paradise she informed them that she was cancelling contract and had sent a certified letter informing them of the cancellation. Paradise insisted that cancellation was not a option what so ever. Wife then informed Paradise that with the hospital and nursing bills and further bills coming in she was indeed cancelling as we could not afford to financially pay out for any more bills now or in the near future. Paradise then stated that they would unload windows at our house so someone had better be there. Wife informed Paradise that she would not be home and would not accept or sign for windows if they did try to deliver them. At that time wife was so stressed and felt so harassed by Paradise she told Paradise that sense windows were not custom they could sell them to other customers as she was indeed cancelling contract. Wife then told Paradise to send any further correspondence by E-Mail she had given to them in the Certified letter. No word was ever sent to her until we received the summons from Paradise. We still would ask Paradise to cancel contract as no money had been exchanged they still have the windows.
thank you

His response to the problem has left me no alternative then to seek legal advice. This is not something I wished to achieve but he has left me no alternative. Thank you for all the help you tried to do for me and my wife. Maybe others will see this and not fall into what we did.
