Attn: *** ***, This email should serve as written response in regards to ID# ***The response from our staff was that the accuser was reaching over the bar and taking drinksHe was warned 'several' times, and was then caught doing it again. At this
point our bar staff asked him to leave and alerted both the manager and security about the situationAt this point , the patron became very hostile and presented a visible threat to the safety of our other patrons. At this point he was escorted out without refundWe pride ourselves on maintaining an 'All Ages' environment and care about the safety of all of our guest and performing artistsAnd as such we don't allow or condone this type of behavior from our more unruly guestsPlease let me know if you need anything else from us regarding this matterI would be happy to answer any questions you have or put you in touch with the staff who unfortunately dealt with himThank you, ***
