has a different recollection of the eventsregarding your request. First of...
all, let me adviseyou that the sales staff fromshift to shift has no awarenessof the final financial transactions that occur during a shift thathe or she was not present. Additionally, as is the normal procedurein any company, any overages or undercharges are reconciled by accounting over the courseof a month and not by the sales staff that made the transactions. Unfortunately, as we had a busy month, thiswas not done in as timely amanner as it could have been and at the time you made yourrequest for refundthe audit was not complete.The staff that assisted you did call the sales staff that was workingthe day of the double charge to see if she was aware of any problemsfor that day to which she repliedthat she was not.At this point Mr. [redacted] did say there was nothing he could do for you, and in fact, he wouldnot have been authorized to issue you a refund as he had no paper documentation
of the transaction in our records, however,he did give you our business card and asked you to email the information to our businessemail so that it could be researchedand resolved. Mr. [redacted]'smistake was not gettinga telephone number for you so that we could contact you and for that I do apologize, however, you were given the information to contact our businessoffice, and to date an email nor a letter has
ever been receivedfrom you requesting this refund. I have to wonder why you would solicit the resources of the Revdex.com without taking the simple step of contacting the business office and exhaustingall avenues with our company.Attached is your refund of$56.54.
