Regarding case ID ***A patient is asking for a refund for custom orthoticsPlease note the response based on the doctor's recorded notes.The patient was seen first on 12/2/During this initial encounter, she requested she be fitted for new custom orthosesIt was suggested to her that she
Contact her insurance carrier about coverage for these devices, but consented to be fitted and agreed upon a self-pay price of $that would be paid upon receipt of the custom OrthoticsAlso during this encounter, she was told there was no guarantee of SuccessThat we would adjust as best we could to help her foot issues but they were NOT returnable.Her next visit was the afternoon of 1/17/when the devices were dispensedAt that time in addition to explaining the expected adjustment for the new devices it was once again mentioned that while we would agree to adjust them they are not returnableShe appeared to understand and paid for the devices inful on that date.She called the office the next morning to complain about the devicesDuring that call she was given two options1) giving the devices more time as it usually takes upwards of a couple of Weeks for the feet/body to adjust to them 2) To adjust them free of charge to any new specifications/issues she feels the currentmanifestation of the device has, Patient was not interested in either of those options and that was the last We heard from her.The patient has since completed a chargeback for the credit card purchase that is still in dispute with her bankWe do not have $from her at this time.The patient has never come in for adjustments and the patient is still in possession of the custom orthotics

Please se3 they gave the 275 back to panhandle podiatry. Meanwhile, I had to purchase a new pair of orthotics. The ones from manhandle are completely useless and cannot be worn. Thank you  please let me know if you need anything else.
